Built for high-stress industrial applications, the JXF enclosure body is stamped from premium galvanized steel. This provides natural resistance against rust, chemical exposure, and mechanical warping. The exterior is further protected by an industrial-grade electrostatic powder coating, preventing degradation in humid, coastal, or chemically active environments.

Equipped with a continuous, robotically poured polyurethane (PU) foam sealing gasket along the door channel, the JXF series keeps out fine dust, oil mist, moisture, and powerful jets of water. The top and bottom edges are designed with an integrated rainhood/gutter system to redirect water away from the door seal.

Industrial workspaces carry inherent risks of physical impacts. Our thickened steel structure achieves an IK10 rating—the highest standard for mechanical enclosure protection. The interior comes equipped with a removable, bright-finish galvanized mounting plate (backboard). This layout allows electrical engineers to layout, drill, and mount heavy switchgear components with ease before securing the plate inside the chassis. Multiple bottom knockouts/gland plates are included for seamless, sealed cable entry.
