The 4-36 Way Waterproof Distribution Box is a professional-grade electrical solution engineered for high-density circuit management in demanding environments. This series provides a secure, IP65-rated housing for Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB), Residual Current Devices (RCD), and Surge Protective Devices (SPD).

Available in multiple configurations from 4 to 36 modules, these enclosures are optimized for industrial automation, large-scale PV solar arrays, and commercial outdoor power distribution. The robust construction ensures long-term protection against environmental stressors while maintaining ease of access for maintenance.

Utilizing a seamless polyurethane (PU) sealing strip and a reinforced screw-locking mechanism, this enclosure prevents water ingress even under heavy rain and low-pressure jets. The elevated internal design prevents internal condensation from affecting electrical terminals.

The transparent PC cover allows for instantaneous visual inspection of circuit status without opening the enclosure. Unlike standard plastics, our PC material is UV-stabilized to prevent brittleness and yellowing in high-exposure environments (up to 70°C).

The ABS body is engineered with thickened walls to achieve an IK08 impact rating. It provides excellent resistance against chemical corrosion, making it suitable for chemical plants, coastal projects, and heavy-duty construction sites.

The interior features adjustable DIN rail depth and ample wiring space (spacious wiring gutters). The 24 and 36-way models utilize a multi-tier layout to facilitate organized cable management for complex electrical systems.
