The cabinet undergoes a multi-stage pre-treatment process followed by a high-micron Epoxy Polyester powder coating. This ensures the unit remains rust-free in high-salinity coastal areas or chemical processing plants. For extreme acidity, Grade 316 Stainless Steel options are available to meet ASTM standards.
Unlike standard residential boxes, this power cabinet is constructed with a reinforced frame and thickened panels (up to 2.0mm steel thickness). It is rated IK10 for impact, meaning it can withstand external mechanical shocks common in mining, oil & gas, and heavy manufacturing sites.
The enclosure utilizes a CNC-poured Polyurethane (PU) foam-in-place gasket. This continuous seal ensures that even under high-pressure water jets (IP66) or temporary submersion, no moisture or fine particulate matter (dust/sand) can penetrate the internal chamber.
